Aloe Vera

A leaf or even a stalk of the aloe vera plant.
This is the basic traditional way of using aloe vera for treating hair growth and hairfall.
  • Firstly extract the pulp content from the leaf or stalk and rub into your hair.
  • Ensure your hair is already washed before you do this procedure.
  • Massage the pulp into your scalp in circular motions for sometime.
  • Leave it on for about 15 minutes, and then rinse with cold water.
Please repeat the process nearly thrice a week, in the morning after you have taken a head bath.
Aloe Vera plays a crucial role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair. It penetrates deep into the scalp and hair, thereby promoting hair growth naturally.

Neem (Indian Lilac)

  • 12 – 15 dry neem leaves
  • A vessel containing water

  1. Boil the neem leaves in some water till the water level comes down to half its quantity.
  2. Wait for the mixture to cool down.
  3. Rinse your hair with this mixture prepared.
You can use this remedy as a last rinse after shampooing your hair. It can ideally be done once or twice every week.
Neem has excellent antibacterial properties that cures dandruff. This ensures the scalp is healthy and helps hair growth. It also stimulates blood flow to the skin, thereby nourishing the hair roots. Neem is even found to eliminate head lice and nits. 
Using neem in any form for hair can cause your eyes to start burn. So, be careful while washing off the neem water and ensure it doesn’t get into your eyes.

Amla (Indian Gooseberries)

  • 4-5 Indian gooseberries
  • 1 cup virgin coconut oil
OR
  • Indian gooseberries or oil
  • lime juice or coconut oil 

  • Boil the dried Indian gooseberries in coconut oil till the oil turns black. Wait for it to cool, and then massage your scalp with this oil.Leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo as usual.
  • Crush the amla fruit to extract its juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of this juice or amla powder with an equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Apply this on your scalp and allow it to dry. Rinse off with warm water.


Mix coconut oil and Indian gooseberry oil in equal parts. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Once a week, apply this mixture thoroughly on the scalp. Rinse off with water to fight hair loss.
You can follow this twice a week.

1. इसके लिए आपको ज्यादा कुछ नही बल्कि करीब 4-5 कप पपीते का गुद्दा लेकर उसमें 1 टीस्पून शहद मिला लीजिए और इसे अच्छे से मिला कर चेहरे पर लगाएं और 30 मिनट के बाद अपने चेहरे को पानी से धो लें। ऐसा यदि आप सप्ताह में कम से कम 3 से 4 बार इस्तेमाल करते है तो निश्चित रूप से आपकी सन टैनिंग की समस्या दूर हो जाएगी।

2. सन टैनिंग की समस्या से आपको छुटकारा आपकी घर में मौजूद मसूर की दाल भी दे सकती है। बात दें कि आपको केवल 2 टेबलस्पून मसूर की दाल को थोड़ी देेेर केे लिए पानी में भिगो दें और फिर इसे अच्छे से छान का पीस लें और इसमें 1 टीस्पून एलोवेरा जेल के साथ 2 टीस्पून टमाटर मिक्स कर अच्छे से मिला लें और तैयार हुए मिक्सचर को करीब 20 मिनट तक चेहरे पर लगाकर साफ करे। आपको इससे काफी ज्यादा राहत मिलेगी।

3. आप चाहें तो आप सन बर्न या सन टैनिंग से निजात पाने के लिए आप मिल्क एंड स्ट्रॉबेरी का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है। इसके लिए आपको करना ये होगा कि आप थोड़ी-सी स्ट्राबेरी को मैश करके उसमें मिल्क क्रीम मिक्स कर लें और फिर इसे 15 से 20 मिनट के लिए अपने चेहरे पर अप्लाई करें और कुछ देर बाद ठंडे पानी से चेहरा धो लें। आपको काफी ज्यादा आराम मिलेगा और आपकी स्किन भी काफी ज्यादा ग्लो करने लगेगी।
4.सेब का सिरका साइडर सिरका सनबर्न दर्द को शांत कर सकता है और उपचार प्रक्रिया को तेज कर सकता है। इसके अलावा, सेब साइडर सिरका में मौजूद एसिटिक एसिड त्वचा को चमकने में मदद करता है. बाथटब में एक कप सेब साइडर सिरका को गर्म पानी से भरे हुए बाथटब में भरें। लगभग आधे घंटे के लिए इस पानी में भिगोएँ। इससे त्वचा की पीएच स्तर को संतुलित करने और उपचार को बढ़ावा देने में मदद मिलेगी। इस उपाय का एक बार दैनिक रूप में आवश्यकतानुसार पालन करें

1. Rise early and warm one big glass of water. Mix a few drops of lemon. And drink it sip by sip. Don't eat or drink anything before and after this upto 40 minutes.

2. After few minutes go for a morning walk or do moderate exercise for 15 minutes.

3. Take breakfast containing some fruits or fruit juice and non oily or light oily food.

4. During daytime walk as much as you can from one place to another or office stairs.

11. Apple cider vinegar- Just put 1-2 tbsp of ACV in 1 glass of water and drink it before sleeping and it will work whole night to reduce fat. Sip it with straw.
