How to lose weight in 1 month

Fat or obesity is not a disease but invitation for many diseases. Obesity is a great concern not because of the excess weight, but also because it makes you susceptible to a number of serious health problems such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, Knee pain and many others. This problem is mostly due to poor lifestyle, such as eating processed foods/fast foods, foods high in fat, overeating, excessive drinking of soft drink and alcohol, lack of physical activity, lack of sleep, and other similar habits. Genetic factors and hormonal problems also tend to increase the risk of developing obesity.



Follow these steps regularly and see the desirable results within a month-

1. Rise early and warm one big glass of water. Mix a few drops of lemon. And drink it sip by sip. Don't eat or drink anything before and after this upto 40 minutes.

2. After few minutes go for a morning walk or do moderate exercise for 15 minutes.

3. Take breakfast containing some fruits or fruit juice and non oily or light oily food.

4. During daytime walk as much as you can from one place to another or office stairs.

5. In lunch avoid too much rice. Do take some curd with lunch.

6. Intake of tea or coffee should be reduced and take green tea in place of tea or coffee. Use honey instead of sugar in green tea.

7. Walk for some time in your home lawn or roof for few minutes in evening time.

8. Remember that your dinner should be the lightest diet of whole day. Do not take heavy and oily foods in dinner. Salad must be taken in lunch and dinner.

9. Take 3 glass of warm water in a day.


10. Take Cumin/Jeera water which can be prepared easily. Pour 2 tablespoons of Cumin/ jeera seeds in a jar of water and leave overnight. Drink it in the day time in small portions. It will reduce belly fat very fast.


11. Apple cider vinegar- Just put 1-2 tbsp of ACV in 1 glass of water and drink it before sleeping and it will work whole night to reduce fat. Sip it with straw.

 Follow above in your diet and try to use lemon, apple cider vinegar and ginger everyday. Walnut should be taken daily as it reduces bad cholesterol and it is good for reducing weight.
